1. Installation of the Fuel Filler Port Protective Plate must be in accordance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved Ultimate Aerostructures (ULTAero) Engineering Order UA404-EO, Revision IR, dated July 31, 2017, or later TCCA approved revisions.
2. Maintenance of the Fuel Filler Port Protective Plate must be in accordance with TCCA accepted ULTAero Instructions for Continued Airworthiness UA404-ICA, Revision IR, dated July 31, 2017, or later TCCA accepted revisions.
3. Definition of the Type Design Change can be found in TCCA approved ULTAero Master Data List UA404-MDL, Revision IR, dated July 31, 2017, or later TCCA approved revisions. ,
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
