1. Installation of the Shoulder Harness Kits must be in accordance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved Dart Aerospace Ltd. Installation Instructions IIN-D407-1061, Revision A, dated March 27, 2020, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with TCCA accepted Dart Aerospace Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA- D407-1061, Revision 0, dated March 27, 2020, or later TCCA accepted revision.
3. Definition of Type Design Change can be found in TCCA approved Dart Aerospace Ltd. Master Document List MDL-D407- 1061, Revision A, dated May 4, 2020, or later TCCA approved revision.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
