1. Installation of the Astronics (Max-Viz) 1200 or 1400 Enhanced Vision System (EVS) must be in accordance with Avio Design Group (Avio dg) Modification Instruction 2002-MI-001, Revision E, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved April 14, 2023, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Operation must be in accordance with Avio dg Flight Manual Supplement 2002-FM-001, Revision D, TCCA approved April 14, 2023, or later TCCA approved revision.
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

CONFIGURATION 2 (Models EC130B4, EC130T2):
1. Installation of the Astronics (Max-Viz) 1200 or 1400 Enhanced Vision System (EVS) must be in accordance with Avio dg Modification Instruction 2002-MI-002, Revision C, TCCA approved April 14, 2023, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Operation must be in accordance with Avio dg Flight Manual Supplement 2002-FM-002, Revision B, TCCA approved April 14, 2023, or later TCCA approved revision.
3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Avio dg Instructions for Continued Airworthiness 2002-CA-002, Revision --, dated November 27, 2020, or later TCCA accepted revision.
CONFIGURATION 3 (Models AS350B, AS350B1, AS350B2, AS350B3, AS350BA, AS350D):
1. Installation of the Astronics (Max-Viz) 2300 Enhanced Vision System (EVS) must be in accordance with Avio dg Modification Instruction 2002-MI-003, Revision --, TCCA approved April 14, 2023, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Operation must be in accordance with Avio dg Flight Manual Supplement 2002-FM-003, Revision --, TCCA approved April 14, 2023, or later TCCA approved revision.
3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Avio dg Instructions for Continued Airworthiness 2002-CA-003, Revision --, dated October 4, 2022, or later TCCA accepted revision.
Applicable to All Models:
Definition of Type Design Change as shown in Avio dg Master Data List 2002-MD-001, Revision E, TCCA approved April 14, 2023, or later TCCA approved revision.
