FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement document number 104-FT5000-S92 Revision (NC), dated 9 JUL 2024, or later FAA / ODA Approved Revision is a required part of this modification.

The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with FAA Accepted Instructions for Continued Airworthiness document number 106-FT5000-S92, Revision (A), dated 8 MAY 2024, or later FAA / ODA Approved Revision in addition to the basic rotorcraft maintenance manuals.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. No passengers are permitted when operating with snorkel hose assembly and pump installed.
