1. Installation of Recognition Lights, Configurations #1 thru #4, in accordance with Aviation Completion Innovations, Inc Installation Drawing List, IL00139.16, Revision B, dated October 9, 2020.
a. Configuration #1 is Forward L/H & R/H Recognition Lights (FRL), (Used for forward facing aircraft recognition) located on the lower L/H & R/H Leonardo Panels.

b. Configuration #2 is Aft L/H & R/H Recognition Lights (ARL), (Used for aft facing recognition) located on the lower L/H & R/H Sponson Leonardo panels.
c. Configuration #3 is One Top Recognition Light (TRL), (Used to illuminate the main rotor disc) located on the Forward Central Leonardo Cowling.
d. Configuration #4 is Configuration #1 thru #3 for a total of five Recognition Lights.
2. Maintenance is to be performed in accordance with Aviation Completion Innovations, Inc Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, IC00139.16, Revision -, dated June 1, 2020.
3. Aircraft is to be operated in accordance with Aviation Completion Innovations, Inc Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement RFMS00139.16, Revision -, FAA-approved on February x, 2021.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
