2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

SR04590CH 07/15/2026 Description of Type Design Change Continued:

FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement, Document Number 104-FT11K-CH47, Revision B, with approval date of December 20, 2023, or later FAA or ODA Approved Revision is a required part of this modification.

The rotorcraft must be maintained in accordance with FAA approved Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Document Number 106-FT11K-CH47, Revision A, dated May 12, 2023, or later FAA or ODA approved Revision in addition to the basic rotorcraft Maintenance Manuals.

4. This rotorcraft has not been shown to meet the requirements of the applicable comprehensive and detailed airworthiness code as provided by Annex 8 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation.

5. No passengers are permitted when operating with snorkel hose assembly and pump installed.

6. Restricted category rotorcraft may not be operated in a foreign country without the express written approval of that country.
