1. Installation of Garmin GTX Transponder System shall be in accordance with Maxcraft Avionics Ltd.

Master Data List MDL-34-50-20-096, Revision A, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved July 21, 2020, or later TCCA approved revision.

2. Operation shall be in accordance Maxcraft Avionics Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS-34-50-20-096, Revision B, TCCA approved July 21, 2020, or later TCCA approved revision.

1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Maxcraft Avionics Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-34-50-20-096, Revision A, TCCA accepted June 30, 2020, or later TCCA accepted revision.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make and Model.

4. The "Limitations" section of Maxcraft Avionics Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS-34-50-20-096, Revision B, TCCA approved July 21, 2020, or later TCCA approved revisions, is applicable as part of this modification.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification to Sikorsky Aircraft Model S-61L, S-61N is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Sikorsky Aircraft Model S-61L, S-61N as shown on TCDS 1H15 for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The type certification basis for the Sikorsky Aircraft Model S-61L, S-61N as shown on the TCDS 1H15 for parts changed or affected by the change with the following additional requirements:

• Compliance with 14 CFR part 29 including amendments 29-1 through 29-53 as applicable.
