1. Installation of Garmin HTAWS (Helicopter Terrain Awareness Warning System) must be done in accordance with Maxcraft Avionics Ltd. Master Data List as listed on AML No. SR04609NY.
2. Operation must be in accordance with Maxcraft Avionics Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement as listed on AML No. SR04609NY.
3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Maxcraft Avionics Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness as listed on AML No. SR04609NY.
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
