FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement document number 104-FT1400-H125, Revision (NC), with approval date of November 19, 2024, or later FAA or ODA Approved Revision is a required part of this modification.

The rotorcraft must be maintained in accordance with FAA Approved Instructions for Continued Airworthiness document number 106-FT1400-H125 Revision (NC) dated September 13, 2023, or later FAA or ODA Approved Revision in addition to the basic rotorcraft maintenance manuals.

5. No passengers are permitted when operating with snorkel hose assembly and pump installed.

6. Restricted category rotorcraft may not be operated in a foreign country without the express written approval of that country.
