1. Installation of Airframe-Mounted Fuel Filter must be in accordance ith Airbus Helicopter Canada Limited Master Data List MDL-13-005 Issue A, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved on October 27, 2020, or later TCCA approved revision.

2. Operation of the Airframe-Mounted Fuel Filter must be in accordance with Airbus Helicopter Canada Limited Flight Manual Supplements FMS-AHCA-158 Revision 0, TCCA approved on October 27, 2020, or later TCCA approved revisions.

3. Maintenance of the Airframe-Mounted Fuel Filter must be in accordance with Airbus Helicopter Canada Limited Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-AHCA-269 Revision 1, dated October 28, 2020, or later TCCA accepted revisions.

2. If fuel does not contain a freezing inhibitor, the use of an anti-ice additive is mandatory at OAT below +5 Celsius.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.

5. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the "Operating Limitations" section of the Airbus Helicopter Canada Limited Flight Manual Supplement FMS-AHCA-158 Revision 0, TCCA approved on October 27, 2020, or later TCCA approved revisions.
