2. Operation must be in accordance with SkyTrac Systems Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS19022-01, Revision NC, TCCA approved April 15, 2021, or later TCCA approved revision.
3. Maintenance must be in accordance with SkyTrac Systems Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, ICA19022-01, Revision A, TCCA accepted August 30, 2021, or later TCCA accepted revision.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model-Series.
4. Operation must be in accordance with "Limitations" section of SkyTrac Systems Ltd.
Flight Manual Supplement FMS19022-01, Revision NC, TCCA approved April 15, 2021, or later TCCA approved revision.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for Bell Textron Inc. 212 and 412 aircraft is as follows:
a) The type certification basis for the Bell Textron Inc. 212 and 412 aircraft, as shown on TCDS H4SW for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
