1. Manufacturing and Installation of Legacy Helicopter Maintenance (LHM) Improved Transmission Spindle must be done in accordance with XL Aero Inc. Master Drawing List as shown on Approved Model List (AML) No. SR04772NY.

2. Maintenance must be done in accordance with LHM Maintenance Manual Supplements as shown on AML No. SR04772NY.

1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
