3. This STC applies to the AW119MKII VFR helicopter equipped with the Garmin 109G4600F01-201 G1000H NXi kit, which is a prerequisite for its installation.

4. Maintenance to be performed in accordance with AWPC Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document No. AWPC-ENG-21-041, Rev. -, Dated June 27, 2023, or later FAA approved revision.

5. Rotorcraft to be operated in accordance with AWPC Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS), Document No. AWPC-ENG-21-042, Rev. -, FAA approved March 3, 2023.

6. Model AW119MKII Serial Number 14901 and subsequent are eligible for this STC installation.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the FAA certification basis for the Leonardo S.p.A Model AW119 MKII series aircraft modification is as follows:

(a) The type certification basis for the series Leonardo S.p.A AW119 MKII aircraft is shown on TCDS H7EU for parts not changed or not affected by this change.

(b) The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application November 4, 2021, is based upon part 27 as amended by Amendment 27-40:
