FAA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) 109-64003, dated March 8, 1996, or later FAA approved RFMS is required. GPS approaches are limited to VFR operations.
Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) SH8423SW, dated August 12, 1992, must be installed with this STC. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
