H3WE MD Helicopter 369D and 369E Description of Type Design Change: Installation of a replacement main rotor blade, in accordance with Helicopter Technology Company (HTC) Maintenance Manual HTCM-001, Rev E, dated 2/24/03 and Master Drawing List MDL-2100-01, Rev M, dated 2/24/03 or later FAA Approved Revisions.
Limitations and Conditions: HTC Maintenance Manual HTCM-001 Rev. E, dated 2/24/03 is required.
The HTC main rotor blades are a replacement for the MD Helicopter blade. The HTC blade is fully interchangeable in any combination and carries the same life-limit of 3530 hours. The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. The approval of this modification applies to the above noted aircraft model series only. A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of the modified aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
