For the U7000 series, Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) 350FMS-064, Rev. A, dated 12/16/02, or later ODA approved revision is required.

For the U7000 series and U8000 system, location, installation, and FAA approval of monitor installation is the responsibility of the STC installer.

For the U8000 system, RFMS 350FMS-142, Rev. IR, dated 9/28/2006, or later ODA approved revision, and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) 350MMS-012, Rev. A, dated 5/29/2015, or later FTW AEG accepted revision are required.

For the U8500 system, RFMS 350FMS-539, Rev. A dated 7/19/2016, or later ODA approved revision and ICA 350MMS-032, Rev. IR, dated 2/5/2016, or later FTW AEG accepted revision are required.

For the 380-HD system, RFMS 350FMS-531, Rev. A dated 7/19/2016, or later ODA approved revision and ICA 350MMS-032, Rev. IR, dated 2/5/2016, or later FTW AEG accepted revision are required.

For the 380-HDc system, RFMS 350FMS-538, Rev. A dated 7/19/2016, or later ODA approved revision and ICA 350MMS-032, Rev. IR, dated 2/5/2016, or later FTW AEG accepted revision are required.

Description of Limitations and Conditions continued from page 1:

Installation of the FLIR U8000 system on the AS350B3 requires FADEC interrogation tests--reference Note 9 of Type Certificate Data Sheet H9EU.

The U8500, 380-HD, and 380-HDc systems are limited to AS350B2 and B3 installations only.

The installer must determine if this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
