The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. Premier Aviation Inc. Document F08-95000, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Rev A, dated March 16, 1998, or later FAA accepted revision is required. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
