The approval of this modification applies to the above noted aircraft models only. A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of the modified aircraft.

The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission. The following Aero Seats and Systems, Inc. documents must be available to the operator at the time of installation:

• Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement S76-500-0, Revision "B", dated January 29, 2010 or later FAA approved revision

• Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement S76-501-FMS, Revision "IR", dated January 11, 2007 or later FAA approve revision.

• Installation Manual ASI-500-100-01/-02, Revision "H", dated December 5, 2005 or later FAA approved revision

• Instructions for Continued Airworthiness S76-500-01, Revision "3", dated December 21, 2006 or later FAA approved revision
