Installation of a fuel jettison system in accordance with Era Master Drawing List S6128-1000, Revision IR dated 12/8/98, or later FAA approved revision.
Descriptive data pertaining to this design change is considered inadequate for duplication in other products. This limitation is limited to the installation made in the Sikorsky S-61N, S/N’s 61471, 61257, and 61808 only. Rotorcraft Flight Manual dated July 8, 1999, or later FAA approved revision is required. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
