Model MBB-BK 117 C-2:

Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement 117FMS-221, Revision B, dated 5/8/13, or later ODA approved revision, and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness 145MMS-001, Revision D, dated 12/12/12 or later ODA or AEG accepted revision are required.

Model MBB-BK 117 D-2/D3:

Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement 117FMS-238, Revision IR, dated 6/20/16 or later ODA approved revision, and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness 145MMS-001, Revision F, dated 5/20/16, or later ODA or AEG accepted revision are required.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis is the same as TCDS H13EU, Rev 20, May 10, 2021 except for the following:
