VTF-392-110, Revision L, dated December 1, 2011, or later FAA approved revision. Installed in accordance with GHTI Manual No. GHT-VTF-101-UH1, Revision C, dated June 5, 2008, or later FAA approved revision.

Maintained in accordance with GHTI Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document No. GHT-424-105, Revision 3, dated January 24, 2003, or later FAA approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to rotorcraft models specified on associated AML SR09313RC only, that are equipped with standard tail boom fin assemblies, part number 204-031-090-1. This approval should not be extended to any other rotorcraft of this type, in which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the helicopter.

Limitations and Conditions continued: This modification is not eligible for aircraft equipped with Bell Helicopter 212 Tail Rotor or other Tail Rotor Retrofit Systems installed (212-011-701, Hub and Blade), or with alternate horsepower engines installed that are not specified on the Type Certificate Data Sheets listed on the associated FAA approved AML.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. No Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement was deemed necessary for this modification.
