Instructions for Continued Airworthiness for ASI-800 LRDS in Bell Helicopter Model 212, 412, 412EP and 412CF Document No. ASI-800-06, Rev C, Dated 01/31/2018, or later FAA accepted revision is required. Aero Seats and Systems, Inc. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement For Bell Helicopters Model 212, 412, 412EP and 412CF with Aero Seats and Systems, Inc. Life Raft Deployment System (LRDS), ASI-800-412-LRDS-001, Rev C, dated 06/11/2018, or later FAA approved revision is required. Single or Dual LRDS installation is determined by the installer, based upon the approved passenger seating configuration of the helicopter, to provide a rated life raft capacity which accommodates all personnel.

The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
