Description of Type Design Change (continued):

Installation of 12 place passenger seats in accordance with Aero Seats and Systems, Inc., Installation Instructions for ASI-6402, ASI-6404, and ASI-6406 passenger seats in Sikorsky Helicopter Models S-76A, B, and C dated March 11, 2003, or later FAA approved revision;

Installation of 12 place passenger seats in accordance with Aero Seats and Systems, Inc., Installation Instructions ASI-64089, Rev. IR, dated April 12, 2004, for ASI-6408, ASI-6409, and ASI-6404 or later FAA approved revision.

Installation of 4 place passenger seats in accordance with Aero Seats and Systems, Inc., Master Drawing List ASI-S76-MDL-001, Rev. B, dated August 07, 2011, or later FAA approved revision.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. For 4 place configuration, FAA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Doc.

No. ASI-S76-FMS-001, Rev IR, dated January 26, 2012, or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this installation.

4. For 4 place configuration, reference Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Doc.

No. ASI-S76-ICA-001, Revision A, dated October 11, 2011 or later FAA accepted revision.
