Installation of Collective Shaker System in accordance with Aeronautical Accessories, Inc., Drawing List AA-03031, Revision B, dated June 12, 2003, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision.
Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Aeronautical Accessories, Inc., Report Number AA-03046, Original Revision, dated July 1, 2003, or later FAA revision is required for this installation. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Aeronautical Accessories, Inc., Report Number AA-03004, Revision A, dated June 11, 2003, or later FAA accepted revision is required for this installation. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
