Installation of Outerlink Flight Following System in accordance with NTEX Aviation, L.L.C., Master Document List NL462065001, Revision D, dated July 15, 2003, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision.
Rotorcraft Flight Manual, NTEX Aviation, L.L.C. Document Number NF462065001, dated November 7, 2003, or later FAA approved revision, is required for this installation.
Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, NTEX Aviation, L.L.C. document NM462065001, initial release, dated June 23, 2003 or later accepted FAA revision is required for this installation. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
