Original Product -- Type Certificate N umber :
Installation of Cockpit Infrared Filter System in accordance with Texas Aviation Services, Inc., Master Drawing List Publication Number TAS-MDL-407-4012, Revision IR, dated January 12, 2004, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Texas Aviation Services, Inc., Cockpit Infrared Filter System for Bell Helicopter, Model 407, Revision IR, dated January 29, 2004, or later FAA revision is required for this installation.
Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Texas Aviation Services, Inc., Document Number TAS-407-4009-ICA, Revision IR, dated January 9, 2004, or later FAA accepted revision is required. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
