Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Tail Rotor Enhancement Kit (TREK) in accordance with GHTI Master Drawing List Report Number MDL-HTR-012-001 Revision F, dated February 23, 2004, or later FAA approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: GHTI Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) number GHT-01-101-020, Revision 0, dated March 3, 2004, or later FAA approved revision, is required.

Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) are incomplete. The aircraft will be eligible for return to service when the ICA is complete and accepted.

Descriptive data pertaining to this design change are considered to be inadequate for duplication in other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in GHTI Model UH-1H, Serial Number GHT-001. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
