Description of Type Design Change: Installation of single pilot IFR avionics in accordance with Metro Aviation, Inc. Master Drawing List, MDL 145M-150, Revision B, dated March 22, 2004, or later FAA approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Metro Aviation, Inc. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement FMS- 145M-150, Revision IR, dated April 16, 2004, or later FAA approved revision is required. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Metro Aviation, Inc. Equipment Maintenance Manual for Single Pilot IFR Installation, Part Number 145M-150, on EC145 (BK117C-2) helicopter dated 16 December 2003, or later FTW AEG accepted revision is required. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
