Description of Type Design Change: Installation approval of bench seat and litter in accordance with Omniflight Helicopters, Inc. Master Drawing And Document List, Document No.: DLSTC-M-06-04, Rev. B, dated 7/16/04 or later FAA approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Omniflight Helicopter, Inc. Document No. OHI-STC-2004-ICA-001, Dated 7/19/2004, Revision 2, or later FAA accepted revision is required. Descriptive data pertaining to this design change are considered to be inadequate for duplication in other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Eurocopter Deutschland Model MBB-BK 117 A-4, serial number 7083. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
