Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Electronic Standby Instrument System (ESIS) for the Sikorski Model S-92 helicopter, in accordance with Heritage Aviation Ltd.
Master Drawing List, Drawing Number SOO-14001, Revision IR, dated November 6, 2006 or later FAA approved revision. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement dated January 19, 2007 or later FAA approved revision is required. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Heritage Aviation Ltd. Document Number SO4-74000, accepted June 7, 2006, or later accepted revision is required.
Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
