Master Drawing and Document List No. HF-412-DL-100, Revision A, dated July 2, 2007, or later FAA approved revisions. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Helifab, Inc. Report Number HF-412-ICA-Baggage Door Actuator-01, Revision IR, dated September 5, 2006, or later FAA accepted revisions are required for this installation.
Limitations and Conditions : The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
