2. Installation of infrared light filters in the A800 or A800 MKII searchlight is not authorized.

3. For the A800 MKII, reduce VNE power-off by 10 knots, with a minimum of 65 knots.

SR09496RC-D 06/10/26 Description of Type Design Change (continued from sheet 1): For configuration 350A82-1638-04: Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement 350FMS-551 Rev. A dated 08/01/2020 or later ODA approved revision and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness 350MMS-052 Rev. IR dated 07/01/2020 or later ODA or AED accepted revision are required.

For configurations 350A82-1638-01, 350A82-1638-02, and 350A82-1638-03: Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement 350FMS-517 Rev. B dated 9/28/2012 or later ODA approved revision and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness 350MMS-024 Rev. C dated 9/26/2013 or later ODA or AED accepted revision are required.

Certification Basis: Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis is the same as TCDS H9EU Rev 26, 6/14/2021, with the following exceptions: 14 CFR §§ 27.173 at Amdt 27-44; 27.175 at Amdt 27-44; 27.177 at Amdt 27-44; 27.561 at Amdt 27-32; 27.610 at Amdt 27-37; 27.773 at Amdt

27-50.

Limitations and Conditions (continued from sheet 1):

4. For post ECP 07.20207 aircraft, AHI STC SR11353DS is a prerequisite installation.

5. The installation of A800 searchlight removable provisions (350A73-1870) under this STC when emergency float bags are installed is not approved. Compatibility of installation of the removable A800 provisions with the fixed provisions of the various float STCs has not been established and needs to be verified by the installer as is the compatibility of any other STC.

6. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

7. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

8. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make/Model except the A800 MKII searchlight installation is limited to AS350B3 model only.
