IR, dtd 11/22/2017, or later ODA or AED accepted revision and Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) H150U0186670 Rev. A dtd 12/18/2023, or later ODA approved revision, are required.

SR09509RC Certification Basis (continued from sheet 1):

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis is the same as TCDS H9EU, Rev 26, 6/14/2021 except for the following:

Limitations and Conditions (continued from sheet 1):

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. For configuration 350A82-1656-01, this STC is applicable to AS350B3 aircraft in the Post AMS 07.4723 only.

4. For configuration 350A82-1656-02, this STC is applicable to AS350B3 aircraft in the Post Mod ECP 07.4961 only.

5. Additional limitations may be detailed in the Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement.
