For AS350B2 and B3 models, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness 350MMS-044 Rev. A dated 12/12/2019, or later ODA or AEG accepted revision, and Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement 350FMS-550 Rev. IR dated 12/12/2019, or later ODA approved revision, are required.

For EC130T2 and B4 models, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness 130MMS-029 Rev. A dated 12/12/2019, or later ODA or AEG accepted revision, and Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement 130FMS-520 Rev. IR dated 12/12/2019, or later ODA approved revision, are required.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR 21.115 and 21.101 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis is the same as TCDS H9EU, Rev. 23, 11/18/2014; however, for this STC, when there are differences between the amendment levels of the four applicable models, the highest amendment level of the four models is used as the certification basis for the modification. Those affected regulations with higher amendment levels are as follows:
