Document HF-206-FMS-002, Revision IR, dated July 1, 2008, or later FAA approved revision is required.
Limitations and Conditions: Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Helifab Inc. Document No. HF- 206-ICA-2500, Rev. IR, Dated 5/27/2008, or later FAA accepted revision is required.
Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use (See continuation sheet 3 of 3)
