The Improved Hover Performance with Above Minimum Specification Power Kit is a cockpit decal limiting the use of above minimum-specification power to a generator load no greater than 50 amperes. It includes a Flight Manual Supplement (BHT-407-FMS-8) containing a set of Hover Ceiling Charts showing OGE and IGE hover performance with appropriate Area A and B tail rotor controllability limits. The Installation Instructions for Plus Power Kit, Report Number BHT-407-11-24, dated February 17, 2010, containing Federal Aviation Administration, Fort Worth Aircraft Evaluation Group accepted Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, is required. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
