Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Report No. BLR-412FF-950 Rev. A, dated May 19, 2010, or later FAA accepted revision is required.

This Kit requires Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (Report No. RFMS-412FF-1, Rev. IR, dated 10 May 2010 or later FAA approved revision) containing Airspeed Limitations and Weight -Altitude-Temperature Limitation charts for maximum allowable weight and altitude for takeoff, landing, and IGE hover operation.

Limitations and Conditions: The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
