The dual and single FMS configurations are further defined in PHI Top Drawing No. PHI-S92-60662, Rev. A, dated August 29, 2011, or later FAA approved revision. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement Number PHI-959-S92-FMS-001B, Rev. 1, dated September 1, 2011, or later FAA approved revision is required for the dual FMS installation. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement Number PHI-959-S92-FMS-001A, dated August 18, 2009, or later FAA approved revision is required for the single FMS installation. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness PHI Document No. PHI-S92-ICA-0003, Rev. C, dated September 12, 2011, or later FAA accepted revision is required.

Limitations and Conditions: Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
