Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Air Deflectors in accordance with Tech-Tool Plastics Inc., Master Drawing List 145VA1000-100, Revision IR, dated August 14, 2009, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Tech-Tool Plastics Inc., Document No. 145-ICA-2009-001, Revision --, dated December 29, 2009, or later revision is required for this installation.
Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
