Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of Garmin G500H Flight Display System in accordance with Master Drawing List, G500H for Airbus (Eurocopter) AS350, 005-00681-01, Rev 1, dated 05/14/2014, or later FAA approved revision. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness for the Garmin G500H Installation in Eurocopter AS350, 190-00792-12, Rev 1, dated 02/14/2014, or later FAA approved revision and Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement for Eurocopter Model AS 350 B2, B3 with Garmin G500H System, 190-00792-13, Rev 1, dated 05/14/2014, or later FAA approved revision are required.

Limitations and Conditions: This approval is limited to helicopters with the instrument panel configuration defined in Eurocopter France Modification Number 072808. This approval should not be extended to other rotorcraft of this model series unless the installer determines that the relationship between this change and other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. A copy of this certificate, RFMS and ICA, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
