Installation of a ADS-B out transponder system in the Sikorsky S-76A in accordance with Helifab Inc., Master Drawing List HF- MDL-12-1, Rev. B, dated April 17, 2014, or later FAA approved revisions. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Helifab Inc., Document No. HF-CA-12-1, Rev. IR, dated March 06, 2014 is required.
Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Helifab Inc. Document No. HF-FMS-12-1, Rev 0, FAA approved April 17, 2014, or later FAA approved revision is required. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
