Description of Type Design Change: Installation of landing gear skid tubes in accordance with Heli- Support, Inc. Installation instructions as listed on AML No. SR10117LA-D, dated March 22, 1996, or later approved revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. The approval of this modification applies to the above noted airplane model series only. A copy of this Certificate and Approved Model List (AML) No. SR10117LA-D, dated March 22, 1996, or later approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for this modified aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
