Configuration -01: Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) 350FMS-556 Rev. IR dated January 31, 2019 or later ODA approved revision and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) 350MMS-049 Rev. IR dated January 30, 2019 or later ODA or AEG accepted revision are required.

Configurations -02 and -05 through -10: Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) 350FMS-556 Rev. A dated June 7, 2019 or later ODA approved revision and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) 350MMS-063 Rev. IR dated June 7, 2019 or later ODA or AEG accepted revision are required.

Configurations -12: Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) 350FMS-556 Rev. D dated June 24, 2022 or later ODA approved revision, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) 350MMS-049 Rev. A dated June 24, 2022 or later ODA or AEG accepted revision are required.

SR11189DS Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis is the same as TCDS H9EU, Rev 26, 6/14/2021 except for the following:

Limitations and Conditions (continued from Sheet 1):

2. This STC is limited to Airbus Helicopters AS350 B3 Post Mod 07-0423 or Post ECP 07-4961 aircraft only.

3. Installation of Garmin G500H TXi Display System (Primary Flight Display (PDF), Multi-Function Display (MFD)) AML STC SR02622SE is a prerequisite for installing this STC.

4. Rotorcraft modified under this STC are required to have an approved primary flight instrument system installed because the L3 ESI-500 does not replace the required VFR rotorocraft instruments.

5. Additional limitations may be detailed in the Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement(s).

6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
