The 407-706-067-101 3-axis AFCS kit and 407-706-004-105 28AHr SLA Battery kit must be installed.

This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other changes in type design will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certification to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Limitations and conditions shown on Type Certification Data Sheet (TCDS) Number H2SW for Model 407 remain applicable.

(1) The type certification basis for the Model 407 helicopter with Installation of the Integrated Avionics System (Garmin G1000H NXi) as shown in TCDS H2SW remains valid for 407 parts not impacted by this change.
