Certification Basis: Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis is the same as TCDS H9EU, Rev 23, 11/18/2014 except for the following: 14 CFR § 27.2 at Amendment 27-37; 14 CFR § 27.773 at Amendment 27-50; 14 CFR § 27.785(a)(b)(c)(d) at Amendment 27-35; 14 CFR § 27.805(a)(b) at Amendment 27-37; and 14 CFR § 27.853 at Amendment 27-37.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.

4. Extended seat rails (AHI STC SR09512DS) must be installed on the aircraft.
