Installation of a switch flip guard on an existing Korry/Esterline pushbutton switch in accordance with AHI Master Drawing List 350A82-1919 Rev. IR dtd 8/16/2019 or later ODA approved revision. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness 350MMS-068 Rev. IR dtd 08/29/2019 or later ODA or AEG accepted revision are required.
Certification Basis: Based on 14 CFR 21.115 and 21.101 and the FAA Policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis is the same as TCDS H9EU, Rev. 23, 11/18/2014 except for 14 CFR 27.773 at Amendment 27-50.
The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
