Instructions for Continued Airworthiness L430U 0155 680 Rev. B dtd 10/25/2024 or later ODA or AED accepted revision are required.
Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis is the same as TCDS H88EU dtd 5/23/2023 with the following exception: CFR § 27.773 Amendment 29-50.
Limitations and Conditions (continued from Sheet 1):
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
