This installation should not be incorporated in any helicopter unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the helicopter.

A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of the modified helicopter. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

The installation of this STC is limited to models listed on FAA AML SR11809SE with the following seats installed:
