1. Installation of Outerlink Corporation Air IP system in accordance with Sterling Helicopter Master Drawing List, Document ST-9951-02, Rev. C, dated November 14, 2025 or later FAA approved revision.

2. Maintenance to be performed according to the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) Document Number ST-9951-03, Rev. A, dated June 13, 2025.

3. A copy of this certificate and the applicable ICA must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.

4. Aircraft to be operated in accordance with Sterling Helicopter Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) document number ST-9951-13, Rev. -, FAA Approved dated February 04, 2025.

5. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for Bell Textron Model Series 206/407.

Certification Basis:

In accordance with 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes per FAA Order 8110.48A, the FAA certification basis for the aircraft listed on this certificate is as follows:
