1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

maintained in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Document No.
STC-HB-247-ICA, Rev. 0, dated 22 Jul. 2025, or later accepted revision.
2. The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with the airworthiness limitations section of the ICA referenced in the Description section.
3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
